Talking
with Graphic Novelists |
Bill
Baker's "Talking with Graphic Novelists"
2007 sets
Each
set consists of one copy of each of the four
volumes that launched Rosen Publication's new
"Talking with Graphic Novelists"
line: Alan Moore on His Work and Career,
Neil Gaiman on His Work and Career,
Michael Avon Oeming on His Work and Career,
and George Pérez on His Work and
Career. These sturdy hardcovers feature
an in-depth and career-spanning interview conducted
by veteran comics journalist Bill Baker, along
with a detailed bibliography of the major works
by each creator, a listing of the major American
awards they've won, as well as sections devoted
to Suggested Reading, sources of Further Information,
and a glossary of terms.
With the exception of the Moore book [which
is a slightly edited version of the long sold-out
Alan Moore Spells It Out edition of 2006],
this material was originally released in obscure
or hard-to-find magazines like Comic Book Marketplace,
Comics Explorer and Sketch, or posted on long
defunct websites, and has been widely unavailable
until now.
Every book will be signed by Bill Baker,
and can be personalized upon request.
These "Talking with Graphic Novelists"
sets are extremely limited in number, and are
only available through this website while supplies
last.
