Bill Baker is a veteran entertainment journalist who’s been a regular contributor to Tripwire, Cinefantastique/CFQ, Comic Book Marketplace, International Studio and other magazines. Bill also hosts an online column called "Baker's Dozen" -- which you'll find at www.WorldFamousComics.com/bakersdozen -- that features short but meaty interviews with comic book and other creators of Pop Culture, and writes monthly reviews of graphic novels for the increasingly popular www.Bookslut.com literary webzine under the “gutterslut” moniker.

Bill's first book, Alan Moore Spells It Out: On Magic, Creativity, Comics and much, much more, was released late 2005 by Airwave Publishing.

Bill Baker lives and works in wilds of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, USA, for some unknown and quite likely overly complicated reason.

As well as editing TRIPWIRE from 1992 to 2003, the comic industry’s most highly respected features magazine, Joel Meadows has also written about Film, comics and graphic novels for publications like The Times, The Guardian, The Independent on Sunday and What’s On.

He has also been published in Broadcast, Time Out, SFX and Word Magazine, covering Film and TV and interview subjects like Joss Whedon, Michael Moorcock, Kevin Smith and Alan Moore. Currently he is co-editing a coffee table book on popular illustrators and preparing a comic proposal as well as a number of different book pitches including one on the bridges of London and illustrator Robert Mcginnis. The writer is a lifelong resident of London
