Tony Seretis is a freelance artist based Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

He became an artist differently than most artists. As a child, he loved comics and was fascinated by the colorful images. He grew up drawing all his favorite characters as often as he could, and wherever he could – that included the top of desks and walls.

As he graduated high school, financial pressures threw him a slight detour in that he had to make a living earning more than his “doodles” would provide. Forthe next 10 years, he became a licensed realtor and sold revenue property. He became an successful agent with many awards of accomplishment and recognition. Drawing had taken unfortunately taken backseat. When he was a child, he’d be drawing everyday, all day . . . now he’d draw only twice a year.

Towards the mid-1990’s, he realized how much he missed drawing and found himself “doodling “ again, only this time it would be on the back of real estate contracts, which didn’t please his managers.

With his love for comics and drawing rekindled, and this time with the comfort of financial stability, he takes the path that was always meant for him.
